1. Who processes your data
NEXSENTIA, a French SARL whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris (SIREN 103 727 327), represented by Walter Blanchard, managing director.

2. What data, and why
Demo request form. First name, last name, business email, company, how you heard about us and the use case you are interested in. This data is only used to answer you and organize the demonstration.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Server logs. IP address, date, requested page and browser, kept for security and to keep the website running (legitimate interest, GDPR article 6.1.f), then deleted automatically.
We do not collect any sensitive data.
4. Who can access it
Only Walter Blanchard, and the technical providers needed: website hosting and email (Hostinger, in the European Union). No data is sold or rented.
5. How long
- Demo requests: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Server logs: a few weeks at most.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to rgpd@nexsentia.com. We answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Business prospecting
If you received a prospecting email from Nexsentia, that processing is described at prospect.nexsentia.com/confidentialite (in French).
